Who is it for?

This program is open to young Canadians or permanent residents graduating in April 2026. We are looking for curious, mobile, ambitious, adaptable individuals with good team spirit and a taste for adventure. Young people who are ready to think outside the box and fully invest themselves in an extraordinary professional experience.

The Immersion Program offers:

• Diverse Experience: Rotate through three different regions and subsidiaries, gaining a broad view of the company and the construction industry.
• Skill Development: Build a diverse set of technical and soft skills, preparing you for leadership roles in a global company.
• A 28-month immersion program in 3 phases: 3 nine-month assignments in different VINCI Construction subsidiaries across Canada.
• Feedback and development periods: 2 accelerated learning campuses during which candidates will receive training, provide feedback on their experience, participate in networking events, and prepare for their next assignment.
• An introduction to several professions to help each participant find their path.
• Personalized mentoring by a member of senior management, ensuring supervised and safe learning throughout the program.
